Once our insights teams have identified a consumer need and a way for us to satisfy it, our brands teams come together to bring a solution to life. This includes brand and innovation, pricing and merchandising strategies, which are developed closely with our retail partners.
After a product has been identified, we work with our retailers to test and learn, using our findings to make any necessary tweaks to product and launch strategy. Then it is time to leverage our global network, who will source and manufacture the product and take ownership of making the launch global.
